Order Cancellation Policy

We know that sometimes you might change your mind after placing an order! We aim to process and ship your items quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request within the following guidelines.

Important Note: The following cancellation rules apply to both one-time purchases and recurring subscription orders.

  • Processing Timeline: Order processing typically begins the day after your order is placed.

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order for up to 1 day (24 hours) after the order begins processing. (For example: If you place an order on Monday, processing begins on Tuesday, giving you until the end of Tuesday to cancel).

  • Shipping Status: Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Once your order has been handed over to our shipping carriers and the shipping process has begun, the order can no longer be canceled, even if it falls within the 1-day processing window.

How to Request a Cancellation To cancel your one-time order or an upcoming subscription shipment, please contact us immediately at smithandwoofers@gmail.com with the subject line "URGENT: Order Cancellation - [Insert Order Number]".

What if it is too late to cancel? If your order has already shipped or the cancellation window has passed, your order will be delivered to you. You can then choose to return the item(s) in accordance with our Return Policy.
