Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return an item, please review our guidelines and step-by-step process below.
Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
How to Initiate a Return
-
Contact Us: Please email us at smithandwoofers@gmail.com with your request and include your Order Number.
-
Get the Return Address: Once we review your request and confirm your item is eligible, we will reply with the designated shipping address for your return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first!
-
Ship Your Item: Package your unused item securely and ship it to the address provided.
Important Note on Return Shipping: We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected to ensure it is unused, we will process your refund.
-
What is refunded: You will receive a full refund for the item(s), plus the cost of your original shipping.
-
What is not refunded: Return shipping costs and any original Shipping Insurance fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be applied automatically to your original method of payment. (Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund).
Lost or Missing Packages
We understand how frustrating it is when a package goes missing. If your tracking information shows that your order was marked as delivered, but you have not received it, our policy depends on whether you opted for Shipping Insurance at checkout:
-
If you purchased Shipping Insurance: We have you covered! We will provide a full refund or replacement for your entire order. (Note: The original Shipping Insurance fee itself is non-refundable).
-
If you did not purchase Shipping Insurance: Unfortunately, we cannot cover or refund orders that are marked as successfully delivered by the carrier if shipping insurance was not purchased. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office.
